RESERVATION policy

Check-in time: AFTER 02:00 p.m.  |  CHECK-OUT TIME: UNTIL 12:00 P.M.

  • In order to confirm your reservation, Sumahan on the Water will require a valid credit card.

  • You will be sent a credit card process agreement which must be filled out, scanned and then returned by email to info@sumahan.com.

  • Room reservations will not be confirmed until the guest provides a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.

CANCELLATION policy

  • Should you wish to cancel or make any changes to your reservation for any reason, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.

  • The total cost of one day’s accommodation rate will be charged in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date.

  • Furthermore, if guests make any changes to their reservation during their stay (such as early departure date) the room rate will be charged for their entire scheduled stay.
